Basic Navigation & Awareness
⬆️Finding North Without a Compass – use the sun, stars, or a stick-and-shadow method.
🗺️Reading a Map – teach them how to use a simple map and follow landmarks.
📍Trail Marking – show how to leave safe, non-destructive trail markers to avoid getting lost.

Shelter & Protection
🏕️Building a Simple Shelter – teach them how to make a lean-to or debris hut.
🪢Tying Basic Knots – practice a few useful knots, like the square knot or bowline.
🔥Safe Fire Starting – demonstrate how to safely start a fire with cotton balls and a ferro rod (with supervision).

Water & Food Foraging
💧Finding & Filtering Water – teach them how to collect rainwater or filter dirty water using a cloth.
