When something unusual is observed, Oppy takes action. 🤖🐾🚨

During proactive monitoring, Oppy noticed an individual loitering on private property and displaying unusual behavior. After the individual did not comply with Oppy’s initial warning, a final warning was given and police were notified.

Oppy reinforced the warning with its siren, and the individual ultimately cooperated, gathered his belongings, and left the area.

Oppy always keeps an eye out, even after pool hours.💙🤖

During a routine patrol, Oppy observed several individuals using the community pool after permitted hours. Oppy approached and reminded them that pool use is not permitted after 6 p.m., in accordance with the community’s guidelines. They complied with Oppy’s request, left the pool area, and gathered their belongings. The situation was resolved without further escalation.

Sometimes, all it takes is Oppy’s presence to reinforce property guidelines. 🤖🐾💙

During proactive monitoring, Oppy observed several individuals loitering outside after hours and causing a disturbance for nearby residents. As Oppy approached them, they knew what to do, recognizing that loitering after hours is not permitted on the property, and began leaving the area. They returned to their vehicles and headed back to their respective units.

During a routine patrol, Oppy observed two individuals loitering outside after hours. Oppy reminded them of the property guidelines, including that curfew begins at 10 p.m. and loitering outside is not allowed. One of the individuals was offered an es**rt back to their unit and agreed. Oppy accompanied them, helping ensure they safely made it back to their unit.
