Structures are required to pass a basic sheet metal test Structures people will be reimbursed a $50.00 meal allowance and up to $200.00 for a one-night hotel stay for the test only. Only sheet metal people will perform a test and receive a reimbursement. Complete & sign the Expense Form. Ensure you have a detailed, itemized receipt for each expense; itemized receipt(s) are required. Email the Expense Form, receipt(s) and a voided check to the MHIRJ Recruiting Advisor within 1 week of the test date. Payment will be processed and directly deposited into your bank account within 30 days of the Expense Form approval.$8,000 bonus paid out each month over 1 year. A&P'S, Avionics and Inspection all pay is the same. Bonus only applies for Structures. 75 Structures Openings.
