Hello, you adventurous human being leading your story beyond the title!

I see you building a foundation of healthy leadership strategies to bring to life what matters most to you.

Along this journey, you'll hear me talk a lot about making our 80-year-old selves proud when we look back at the story we've created.

Take this big picture perspective with me and think about the experiences that are calling you to explore all the layers of who you are regardless of its outcome.

I triple dog dare you to dream in strategic reality within the ebbs and flow of life and within the wisdom of daily rituals.

Filter out the noise of the distractions that show up in your life, opinions that aren't valued or constructive, and your ego protecting you in ways that no longer serve your growth.

Go get consciously awkward, fail forward, and celebrate the achievement of creating your story courageously within the rawness of the human experience.

Remember, the universe conspires to make you amazing!

Publishing this episode wasn't easy, but isn't that how we all feel at one point or another about our stories. Everyone has a story, we have the pretty, the ugly, and hilarious parts included, and there is a beautiful thing that happens when we own our stories, we evolve.
