Here we grow again! Development of Halcyon’s Phase III is well underway.

A new 5,300 square foot Chick-fil-A is under construction and will open this spring. Adjacent to the Chick-fil-A site is a 13,000 square foot commercial building that will be home to Five Guys and some exciting new retailers. Chase Bank will open next to Five Guys this fall. Phase III will also include a high-end grocer that will be announced later this year.

This new section of Halcyon is located on the Big Creek Greenway trailhead side of Halcyon near the intersection of Oak Farm Drive and McFarland Parkway. It is on the opposite side of Ronald Reagan Parkway from our active Halcyon Village community.

The word is out! Slated for completion in June of 2024, Roswell Junction, a food hall concept that will feature multiple chef-driven restaurants, is located on the site of the former Atlanta Street Baptist Church, which sold the property and moved to Woodstock as part of the Historic Gateway Project. By incorporating Roswell Junction’s design into the historic facility’s campus, the venue gives new purpose to a local landmark. Offering a variety of concepts under one roof, Roswell Junction will appeal to a large audience base and bring a fresh twist to an area already well-known for single-themed food, beverage and entertainment venues.

The Roswell Junction experience begins with a free, expansive private parking lot, a premium perk in the uber-popular district. The hall’s 12,000 sq. ft. space will host eight different food concepts and three bars, including an indoor/outdoor bar, all set in an open concept with garage doors leading outside to the bandstand and a 2,400 sq. ft. covered patio with vintage arcade, big screen TVs, outdoor games, children’s play area and fenced dog park so the whole family can hang out. It is estimated that Roswell Junction will add 80+ new jobs to the area as well.
