Our subconscious mind is 90% of the reason to where we are in life today.

Whatever emotions and feelings our 10% conscious mind feeds our subconscious mind, that is what we eventually manifest in our lives. Usually at bedtime, when we are in a hypnagogic state, the doorway from the Conscious to Subconscious connect. At this point, whatever we have last fed our conscious mind, it will feed the same emotions to our subconscious to work on. It is so vital for us to feed our mind with positive and uplifting books or podcasts during bedtime.

Tonight, I choose this amazing book which I have read multiple times. Each time there is something new I learn. Sharing a page from this awesome book. Hope you enjoy as well.

You choose what you would want to feed your mind before bedtime- social media, negative news, hate, hurt, frustration or prayers, being thankful & grateful, uplifting affirmations, an I feel great attitude, believing that tomorrow is going to be a great day and so on.
