There will be plumbing repairs in the RBC complex tomorrow, Thursday 5/14 from approximately 10am-3pm. There may be water service interruptions during this time.

The Bradley House, an adjacent condominium property, is having new roofs installed on their buildings closest to Regency Buckhead this week (or next depending on weather). A few of their residents may park in our lot during this construction due to flying debris and nails. We are allowing this temporarily. Please watch out for debris in our parking lot, especially if you or your tenant(s) are in building H, J, K, or L.

Attention RBC residents- several cars were reported as broken into on the night of Wednesday 8/22. Please remove all belongings from your vehicles and lock your doors. These thieves are not stealing cars, just looking for items to steal so don’t give them anything to take!! Your safety is of the utmost importance so if you see or hear suspicious activity, do not hesitate to call the police. Thank you and stay safe!
