Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Transport clients to desired location.
Maintains open lines of communications with our admissions staff and management.
Receive instructions and support from superior as needed.
Transports clients to and from appointments and meetings in company vehicles, when necessary.
Utilizes the company vehicle for transportation of clients.
Instructs and confirms the company’s rules and regulations to new admissions.
Orients new clients to the facility and the residential facility.
Skills/Qualifications:

Valid and clean driver’s license with no points
Accuracy and urgency are essential to perform all tasks
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering product, loading and unloading orders, accept payments, track orders, interact with vendors and ensure customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivers product orders.
Loads truck by placing and securing items.
Delivers items by identifying destinations; operating the truck; unloading items; and maintaining delivery schedule.
Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Maintains safe operation and professional appearance by complying with operational policies, procedures and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ability to cross train in retail may be required
Job Requirements:

Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer focused.
Must have a valid Drivers License, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
Position requires a Motor Vehicle Record screening.
Must have food handlers’ permit.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and have great communication skills. The position will work directly under the Physician on staff, and must be able to take direction well. Duties:

*Greeting Patients upon arrival to appointment.

*Verify all Intake forms are correctly filled out.

*Verify required documents such as prior medical history or diagnosis are worded to the Doctor's satisfaction.

*Communicating with Patients main physician to retrieve medical history.

*Answering incoming calls and making sure proper notes and messages are taken.

*Educating patients on medical card process (training provided.)

*Mailing off correct forms to the state.

*Confirming daily appointments.

*Following up with patients who are tasked with missing documents.

*Handle all payment transactions.

*Fill out daily reports.

*Keeping Doctor's informed with daily workload, and help juggle the schedule so patients do not have to wait any longer than necessary.

*Keeping Customer Service as the #1 Priority, with ability to ask for reviews.

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour
