We recently had our solar panels removed and reinstalled during a roof replacement, and we could not be happier with the experience provided by King electric and solar. Quinn, the owner, is not only highly knowledgeable but also an electrical engineer who presented us with 3 excellent options for our solar project. His expertise and professionalism gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Hayden and Ian handled the removal of the old panels and racking system and then installed the new panel's. They did an outstanding job and worked seamlessly alongside the roofing crew. Blakely installed the new racking system and was extremely professional and detailed oriented . What really stood out was the communication and coordination. Quinn and the roofers were always on the same page and the entire team worked together efficiently and professionally . It was impressive to watch everyone work in unison to keep the project moving smoothly. The pricing was very fair compared to other companies we considered. One thing that spoke volumes was hearing the employees consistently praise Quinn's intelligence and expertise. When employees have that much respect for their owner, it says a lot about the company and its culture. We highly recommend King electric and solar. Five Stars all the way! Danny & Sherre

RATS!

Although solar is a low maintenance energy producer, it is NOT maintenance free.
Most importantly, someone needs to be on top of monitoring how much the system is producing against expected results.

This site suffered from rodent damage to fans which kept the inverters running efficiently and badly soiled panels.
The total effect of poor maintenance was a 47% decrease in rated output power during peak solar conditions. That cost this ranch owner tens of thousands of dollars for his ag system.

King Electric and solar quickly sourced parts to repair the fans and added pest resistant solutions to the inverters and enclosures, saving this landowner tens of thousands of dollars per year.

After receiving excellent service, the owner signed on to an on-going maintenance agreement to keep his system running at peak performance.
