Working on a tough case where a young man lost his dominant arm in an industrial accident. In his background, he didn’t graduate high school, has jail time for a felony, doesn’t have a driver’s license and tests low in IQ and academic achievement. He has worked numerous short term jobs and tried to return flipping burgers but was fired for being too slow. I’m thinking about doing a reduction in work life. Any ideas?
