Complexity is a TAX on high-functioning, highly educated teams.

Sometimes the answer is ACTUALLY really simple, and obvious, and it doesn't take 9 individual research projects to figure out you need __________________ ... Notice how easy it is to fill in the blank - you already know the answer!

The kind of answer you feel stupid saying out loud because it's so obvious you'll be embarrassed for everyone in the room. It's not stupid! You're certainly onto something. Trust your gut!

It doesn't take the most sophisticated systems. The quickest companies are the ones who can look at their operation and ask: "What's the actual problem here?"

Not the location problem you inherited. Not the personnel problem everyone talks about in meetings. Not the ERP problem that requires a six-month implementation.

The actual problem. The one costing you right now.
