Weโre looking for a detail-oriented Real-Time Analyst to join our on-site team at Ethos Support. In this role, youโll monitor agent attendance, ensure schedule adherence, and help maintain SLA performance across multiple client accounts and channels.

โข Experience in real-time or adherence monitoring within a BPO or call center
โข Strong data analysis and reporting skills
โข Excellent written and verbal communication
โข Highly organized with strong attention to detail
โข Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
