My heart has been so heavy seeing everything happening in Nepal. ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ’” And I know many of us are carrying that same heaviness right now.

In moments like these, we may not be able to change everything happening around us, but we can take care of ourselves, support one another, and create a little space to breathe. ๐Ÿค

Thatโ€™s what community is aboutโ€”not just being there in the good moments, but also holding space for each other when things feel difficult.

๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ! I am so incredibly proud of you. โค๏ธ Your consistency, courage, and growth deserve to be celebrated!

But beyond the milestones and achievements, it was the ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐›๐ž๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ that made this meeting so special.

One of my team besties shared her success story โ€” a mom of ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ, ๐š ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ-๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐ง๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž who suddenly became the sole provider for her family after her husband was unexpectedly laid off.

Hearing how she navigated that season and how ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐›๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ฎ๐ฉ was incredibly touching. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค
