What a special season with these boys. We went 7-1, almost undefeated. I belive these boys learned the most, from our 1 loss. I always preach, any given Saturday, you can lose. We ran into a team very hungry to beat us, and did. But the boys fought hard, and never gave up. So very proud of them! Thanks to my asst. Coach Micah Linnell, and the very supportive parents. Merry Christmas and see you next season!

To achieve the best long-term solution for your pool, I recommend replacing DE filters with a sand filter and filling it with crushed glass media.

The DOE(Department of Energy), has made a new regulation that requires manufacturers to stop producing these motors beginning September 29, 2025. Its a worthy read. This is a 17-year-old Pentair heater. These heaters are great candidates for repair, even at this age, if proper water chemistry has been maintained. The copper part of this header was in great shape so I felt confident replacing this manifold kit. Once repaired the heater fired up and is working great.

A customer called thinking that he needed a new filter because his pressure was down and it was an 8-year-old sand filter. I asked to come check it out and found a broken pump basket and a clogged impeller. A little investigative work goes a long way. This was preventing the proper flow to the filter and causing an algae bloom. Flow has been restored and problem solved 👍

Hello Pool gang~ Here's it really neat solution for those wanting Variable Speed technology on a budget. A bolt on Century V green motor. You can bolt it onto your existing pump housing and it will communicate with your existing controller. All for about half the cost of a complete new pump.
