If you're doing 3 things at the same time, you're just doing them okay.

At one point Shawn Borga was running a sign shop, a parking lot maintenance business, AND a car lot simultaneously.

None of them were thriving.

It wasn't until he shut down the car lot and went all in on the sign shop that things really took off. Sometimes focus is the strategy.
