Let's ACTIVATE love...

One thing I've noticed is that when I'm frustrated with something but focus on my role in creating the problem, often the problem goes away on its own. When I focus on changing myself first, everything around me changes.
When I try to change other people, all hell breaks loose.
Instead of focusing on how other people are irritating me, I ask empowered questions like:
How can I be more true to myself in this situation?
What power am I giving away? What am I trying to control?
What false perceptions/unhealed wounds are influencing how I'm interpreting and responding/reacting to this situation?

Yeah, let's do it. Let's activate more love by being the best version of love.

Good morning brilliant creators' and destiny designers!

We are still laying our foundation principle on trust: How to build trust to date, design and empire our destiny.

[Build trust with your team by asking for what you need]

Our culture teaches us to avoid interactions that might be uncomfortable. When we experience difficulty, we project a professional image, instead of risking an honest conversation about what we need. We end up isolated from our team because we don’t have a channel for honest communication.

Make a declaration that you have the right to ask for what you need. You deserve honest and trustworthy relationships personally and professionally;

Give yourself and others some grace and create a space which allows others to be humans with vulnerabilities. This will grow empathy and genuine connections.

Empathy leads to more purpose and greater meaning for doing what you do.

Information = In Formation

New information create new neuron pathways in the brain and new forms of thought.

New ways of thinking should lead to new choices. New choices should lead to new behaviors.

New behaviors leads to new experiences. New experiences leads to new emotions. New emotions transforms your DNA.

This is called epigenetics which is caused by modification of gene expression rather than alteration of the genetic code itself.

Knowledge is only power when it's applied.
