Holiday season in Malta is here! Our Holiday tree is lit and will be shining bright for the rest of the year!

Get ready! The Second Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony is set for Saturday December 7th at Parade Ground Village. Come gather for Hot Cocoa and Caroling at 4:00pm, followed by Santa making a dramatic appearance aboard his shiny red “sleigh” to light the tree at 4:30. Mark your calendars for JULY 1st! This is a very important decision for our community. Please go to https://www.malta-town.org/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=928 so that you understand what is on the table....
Currently our water is privately held and has been offered to the town at a below market cost. The town would like to purchase the water so that it does not go to private investors where costs would be unknown or uncontrolled.
The town has assured residents that the cost would not change, however I encourage you to contact the town for any information and/or to address your concerns so that you can give an informed vote.
We are fortunate to have water with one of the highest rankings for the quality.
It is up to US to protect what is in the best interest for all now and in the future. Please speak up! 📣💧💦
