Here's some great news for the City of Detroit. (I love when I can actually say that) This would be a huge deal for any city to move 5,000 new employees into the core, but especially for Detroit.

Up until and including Super Bowl XL at Ford Field in 2006, downtown Detroit was on a roll. New condos and restaurants were opening, Campus Martius Park grew in popularity, and the RiverWalk drew thousands to the waterfront each day.

We've seen this trend for several years now in Baltimore. The smallest condos are often the first to go. Buyers are willing to deal with smaller room sizes if they can own their own space in a desirable location. But it still should be of a high quality and interior design is even more important when dealing with limited space.
