Hey Y’all
Writing this is incredibly difficult, but I am writing to share that I will be stepping down from my roles as Head Leader and VIF Leader for Baltimore,Diner En Blanc.
This decision comes with a very heavy heart. Serving in this capacity has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life, and saying goodbye to these responsibilities—and to all of you—is truly painful. Leading and working for this beautiful event has never felt like “work”; it has been a journey of growth, shared challenges, and deep connection.
To all my amazing co leaders and all volunteers in thank you for your trust in me and your hard work, and the energy you brought to every project. I am immensely proud of what we have built together, and seeing the progress we’ve made as a collective is something I will carry with me long after I leave.
Stepping away feels like leaving a piece of myself behind. I love this event , and I am not doing this easily ! While I know this is the right decision for my peace and personal journey , it doesn’t make the departure any easier. I will miss being your favorite energetic , extra and always dressed to the occasion leader!
Thank you for allowing me the honor of leading you. I have full confidence that the foundations we’ve laid will continue to support great things in the future.
I’m always here as your Logistics Hospitality Guru and I hope to see you all soon !
