❤️📚 OUR COMMUNITY CAME TOGETHER! ✏️🎒

The Antonia Fire Protection District would like to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Back-to-School Supply Drive a success!

Through our Community Outreach Program, we partnered with Dollar General and Walgreens here within the fire district to collect school supplies for local students and classrooms. And, as always, our community stepped up in a BIG way! ❤️

Because of the generosity of our citizens and the support of our local businesses, we were able to collect and distribute school supplies to four local elementary schools:

📚 Clyde Hamrick Elementary School
📚 Antonia Elementary School
📚 Seckman Elementary School
📚 Freer Elementary School

School administrators, staff, and students were on hand to receive the donations. These supplies will be available throughout the school year to help teachers and students who may find themselves in need.

For years, these schools have supported the Antonia Fire Protection District and our firefighters. They have welcomed us into their classrooms, supported our department, and helped us build strong relationships with the students and families we serve.

This was our opportunity to give back. ❤️

There is something special about seeing a community come together to help make sure a child has the supplies they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Every notebook, pencil, folder, backpack, and donation made a difference.

We could not have done this without YOU!

To everyone who donated, helped spread the word, supported the drive, or simply encouraged our efforts — THANK YOU! And a special thank you to our local Dollar General and Walgreens for helping make this possible.

We are collecting donations for our district's schools! We have 3 drop off locations:

Walgreens @ 1718 Catlin Dr
Dollar General @ 5697 Old State Route 21
Antonia Fire House 2 @ 6633 Moss Hollow

Once donations are collected we will add $100.00 worth of supplies to each school donated to! First day of school is August 25th.

🚒 New Rescue Equipment Now in Service! 🚒

The Antonia Fire Protection District is proud to announce the addition of new rescue equipment to better serve our community!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Mercy Jefferson Foundation, our department was able to purchase new high-pressure lifting airbags and vehicle stabilization equipment. These tools are essential during vehicle rescue and other technical rescue incidents, helping our firefighters safely lift and stabilize heavy objects to free trapped patients.

Our previous airbags had been in service for nearly 20 years. The new system allows firefighters to deploy and operate the equipment much faster and more efficiently, improving both responder safety and patient care when every second counts.

We are incredibly grateful to the Mercy Jefferson Foundation for investing in our department and helping us continue to provide the highest level of service to the residents and visitors of the Antonia Fire Protection District.

Announcing Antonia Fire Protection District's 3rd Annual Car Show. Join us on Saturday, Sept. 12th for our Bulltown Car Show. Raffles, music, 50/50 and concessions will be available. $20 entry fee.
