A lot of things can happen from one season to the next. This is one of our commercial properties. They has some pretty big aspens in this rock bed and the high winds knocked them over. Some how the roots popped the lines and we had 2 leaks when we started the sprinklers. They are all fixed with no leaks. The last picture was the culprit!
