Full Cup Leadership is approved to provide services to Louisiana State University!

I began my career at LSU more than 25 years ago, and I could not have dreamed where that road would take me. From managing professional development programs, to thriving in student services, to completing my PhD, and then into a corporate role that emerged from a successful grant project.

It's a real full circle moment that the business I'm building, Full Cup Leadership, is an approved vendor for LSU. This time around, I do have a dream, and I can't wait to see what comes to fruition.

Every time I share the CliftonStrengths experience with a new group, I'm inspired again by the unique blend of talents we each bring into the world.

I'm grateful that the shared language of strengths allows me to understand, develop, and apply my own gifts while supporting friends and colleagues on the same journey.

June 4-9, 2026 in Annecy, France, 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧 includes group sessions, independent reflection, and unique cultural excursions to round out the experience.

The focus of this event is 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚. The retreat format allows us to step away from the routines of daily life and allow new insights and perspectives to emerge.

By the calendar, I had a busy weekend.

Hosting friends in my home Friday evening.

Saturday morning with a community group and workshop.

Saturday afternoon, a long and long overdue call with my mentor.

Sunday morning church. Sunday afternoon, a tea party.

And sprinkled in all of that, helping a neighbor with their dog, normal weekend chores, and figuring out a pesky issue with my website.

Somehow, in spite of the calendar, I started this week feeling energized, focused, and yes — even rested.

Because true community is a place of rest.

Walls down, surrounded by those who truly wish the best for me and actively invest in my success, my heart is full.

My cup runneth over.
