Yesterday we heard from Dr. Doug Gordon, DC of Minges Creek Chiropractic for our 10 minute presentation. Dr Doug encourages strength training over cardio, especially for women. He likes listening to a variety of podcasts on his drive to and from work. One of his favorites is from Peter Attia.

Minges Creek Chiropractic saw 64 patients on Monday and 48 of them were walk ins. (he will see you on the fly if you are already a patient) He really tries to work with the budget of each patient. He can also supplement your health care program by viewing your Bronson Heath My Chart results.

Minges Creek Chiropractic has new office hours 8:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-6:00PM Monday-Thursday.

This morning we heard from Leah from The Arc of Calhoun County Theirlooms . She talked to us about the Theirlooms and about The Arc. The Arc and Theirlooms works with people with developmental disabilities and connects them and their families to the community.
