🍋💚 A little sweet, a little tart, and made from scratch!

This beautiful Key Lime Cheesecake went out for a special birthday! 🎂🥳

Topped with homemade whipped cream, fresh lime slices, raspberries, and a little lime zest! 😍

I love getting to make something a little different, especially when it's for someone's special day!

Thank you for trusting Griffins Southern Sugar Co. with your birthday treat! 💚

Trial & error is all part of it! 😂💚

The first picture was the vision — pretty green & white swirls for this Key Lime Cake 🍋‍🟩🍰. The second picture is what actually happened… apparently the green icing said, “Nah, I’m taking over.” 😂💚

It may not have turned out exactly how I pictured it, but she’s still pretty, homemade, and most importantly… YUMMY! 😋

Every cake teaches me something, and I’ll get that two-tone look next time! 💚🤍
