My selling style is not for everyone.

It’s been a minute, and my network has grown — so allow me to properly introduce myself.

My name is Beth.

Empowering small business owners is my passion.
A little over two years ago, I made a bold move:

I left a successful career in advertising sales to start Compass Sales Training & Consulting.

What began as a customer service and upselling workshop in a dispensary quickly grew into something bigger — the founding of the NJ Cannabis Chamber of Commerce with Brendon Robinson.

Now, we host cannabis-centric events across the state where members and guests connect, do business, and have fun.

I wear a few hats: business coaching, strategy sessions, fractional sales management… basically, I’m an ideas gal who helps people grow, close, and scale.

Outside of work, I’m a Jersey Shore mama who loves the great outdoors — it keeps me energized, inspired, and ready to tackle the next big idea.
