After years of working with various organizations, I've observed a recurring pattern where the absence of a deliberate plan to enhance leads individuals to resort to personality styles, perceived control, and dominance to influence others. While respecting leadership is crucial, it's equally important to acknowledge that belittling employees undermines their loyalty, despite their compliance.

This dynamic often results in challenges with talented individuals. It's imperative to prioritize intentional efforts in fostering employee relations, especially given the current environment where many individuals are navigating personal uncertainties.

PLEASE SHARE WITH PARENTS YOU KNOW WHO COULD BENEFIT! Our virtual Parent empowerment events for April are taking place starting tonight. Same event from 7:00-8:30 in all three counties over the next few days, Sussex Tonight but since it is virtual, anyone can attend. This series is a first for the state and if we don't have the participation, it will be the last. Very few parents participaing and we are sharing some powerful insights. Rare that a male gets this type of opportunity in our state. Tonight, tomorrow in New Castle and Wed in Kent (All virtual(, we will be discussing developing Emotional Inteligence in our children and families. With so many emotional challenges in our home, this is going to be a powerful subject!

Sign them up today for our 6 week, 1.5 hour per week self-paced “Passion Mapping-Connecting Dreams To Careers” Course starting next week. One new video will be posted each week-with assignments, that youth can use to make the connection to purpose, but also learn some valuable workplace success skills. The course is self-paced so they can view the video anytime and do the assignments. We will conduct Facebook Lives twice per week for Q&A students will have. We post videos every Monday.
