If you're the best-available, don't-stop-til-you-finish, tenacious problem-solver with solid financial/admin skills, I have a spot for you on my team! People like this are hard to come by, especially since so many advertise a fictitious skill set. But maybe you or someone you know is the exception and really has the chops to thrive in my company.
Right now, I have at least 4 clients waiting for your help. All of them are industrial businesses, owned by Southeast Texans, and are multi-million dollar companies in growth-mode. My task in each of those companies is a little different, so there is some flexibility in how I match someone to the assignment.
I need someone who is capable of some combination of the following:
• Accurate bookkeeping entries and work-flows for invoicing, purchasing, time-tracking (for billing and payroll), banking, and related areas
• Professional demeanor and appearance, composed, mature, strength of character, and great people skills
• Ability to solve problems, research solutions, find answers, and ask insightful questions (just figure it out, but know when to ask for help)
• Work ethic that is fitting of working hours that are directly billable to the client (i.e., working in a way that the client has no doubt they are getting their money’s worth)
• Ability to both work independently and with specific supervision
• Ideally, have the capacity to work with more than one client at a time (may not be necessary in all cases)
