We will be running our normal routes on Monday 1/26/26, but with a slightly delayed start time. Routes will begin at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM.

Hotchkiss Disposal is closely monitoring the potential winter weather. At this point, we are running regular routes if we need to make a schedule adjustment and do a late start. We will make that decision on Sunday, but we will be running Monday is our plan. Please check back for updates.

Hotchkiss Disposal Service will be closed for Christmas on December 25, 2025. If your normal service day is this day, we will pick up your trash on Friday, December 26, 2025.

Hotchkiss Disposal Service will be also be closed for New Year’s on January 01, 2026. If your normal service day is this day, we will pick up your trash on Friday, January 02, 2026.

We will start taking Christmas Trees on your regularly scheduled service days January 5th – 9th through January 31st.

We are making some routing changes so please ensure your trash is out by 7am on your service day so that you don't miss us!

We would like to wish all our customers a Happy Thanksgiving.

Friendly reminder for once a week customers in the Winnie, Stowell, Hamshire, Fannett, Cheek, and Beaumont service area we will not pick up trash on 11/27/25 Thanksgiving Day, we will pick up on Friday 11/28/25. Please have your trash out at 7am as we may be running faster than normal.

Hotchkiss Disposal would like to wish all a Happy Memorial Day. We will be running our normal routes on Monday, May 26, 2025. Make sure trash is out by 7am as the routes may go faster than normal.

Hotchkiss Disposal Management has made the decision in the Winnie and Surrounding areas to start running our Tuesday route today Wednesday 01/22/25 around 11am. We will work to get the Tuesday routes as quickly and safely as possible. If we complete Tuesday we will then start work on Wednesday routes. If Wednesday isn't completed today, then on Thursday we will complete Wednesday and Thursday. This is all dependent on the conditions of the roads in your area. Hotchkiss Disposal Management has made the following decisions regarding operations due to the inclement weather this week. For Winnie -> Beaumont areas:

Monday 1/20/25 – We will be running normal routes. We may be ahead of schedule due to many customers may not have their trash out, so please be sure your trash is out by 7:00AM!

Tuesday 1/21/25 – We will be closed. Tuesday customers - we will plan to pick up your trash on Wednesday 1/22/25. We will provide an additional update depending on weather conditions should that change.

Wednesday 1/22/25 – We plan to have a delayed start and run normal Wednesday routes on Wednesday. We will provide an additional update depending on weather conditions should that change.

Commercial front load dumpster customers: We are running the Tuesday commercial routes today 1/20/25.

Hotchkiss Disposal Management is actively monitoring the upcoming cold weather situation that is expected next week. If we are unable to safely operate, we may need to delay starting our operations or adjust the schedule. The safety of our personnel is of most importance.

We have made the decision to run the Winnie area Front Load Commercial Customers on Monday instead of Tuesday.

We want to encourage everyone to prepare. Remember People, Pets, and Plants.
