Don’t Just Give Them the Answer

Kingdom leadership does not simply produce people who know how to follow us.

🪏It helps form people capable of faithfully carrying responsibility.

Paul developed Timothy.

Timothy was instructed to develop faithful people.

Those faithful people were expected to become capable of teaching others.

♻️The pattern continues.

That means one of the greatest questions a leader can ask is not:

“Who is helping me carry the work?”

But: “Who am I intentionally preparing to carry responsibility?”
