Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Physical LABOR, their back yard is our gymnasium
• Assist the driver/chipper operator with initial set-up as needed
• Inspect and clear job site of obstacles (bird baths, flower pots, etc.)
• Fueling chain saws, blower, etc.
• Provides support to bucket person or climber when needed
• Drag brush, haul out logs and make sure proper tools are available when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean working area, repair any divots
• Raking and clean up of all debris
• Traffic control when needed

Hiring Criteria:
• Must have your own vehicle due to Covid restrictions
• Recommended experience in outdoor labor
• Self-motivated, show up on time everyday (5-10 min early), have a good attitude and get along well with customers and co-workers
• Ability to follow directions and work PRO-ACTIVELY in a SAFE and time efficient manner
• No allergies to bees, hornets, poison ivy, etc.
• Steel toed boots are required on day one!
• Random alcohol and drug testing

Supports all crew operations and provides a smooth flow to job completion.
