If we haven’t discussed a change, you can assume our work together will continue at this time unless otherwise directly communicated by me. Those who have received direct communication from me will be offered a collaborative transition of care plan that honors the therapeutic relationship AND clients’ right to autonomy & self-determination in how they choose proceed with termination process.
