A client reached out Wednesday night asking if I could facilitate leadership training for their in-service today. My calendar had room, so I happily said yes!

We explored above-the-line and below-the-line leadership model, using my All the FEELS of Leadership™ framework to practice how to reset when we slip below the line. Real situations, honest conversations, and practical ways to lead with clarity, trust, and accountability.
