Happy 4/20 from this rasta dog.

Apparently, 4/20 came about because a bunch of kids in the 70s organized a bunch of students to cut class at 4:20 to smoke. It created a movement for potheads around the states.
Though, I don't know what time.
Do you know the history of 4/20?
