For items that don't sell in an auction, we work with you to decide the next step:
- Donate to local charities like Open Door Mission.
- Try a second auction if the item has value.

The key? We don't just toss things. We respect your belongings and find meaningful homes for them whenever possible. Many families feel good knowing their items went to people or causes that needed them.
