Burns is a small town. There wasn't space inside city limits to store all the pipe and equipment a job like this requires. So the team set up staging outside of town, and what started as a logistical necessity turned into an advantage.
Everything organized, everything accessible, and a crew that could roll onto the job site every morning without wasting an hour.

Big projects don't just happen, they get broken down. Brandon knew coming into Burns that the scope was massive, and with the schedule already tight, there was no room for a scattered approach.
Phase by phase, priority by priority. That's how you eat a job this size without it eating you. Time to get after it.
