2 years ago when I decided to walk away from my coaching practice and spend the next chapter of my life, as an artist, my coach, Gary mahler suggested that I capture the lessons and inspirations about myself, life, art that came to me as I worked.

However, I struggled to pull myself away from the act of creating to complete the act of documenting what I was learning in real time. The obvious solution, the easiest solution was: make the lessons part of the art.

This is what 3 months on the bigliest and most complex piece I’ve done has taught me.
