Trusting yourself as a leader is critical to being an effective leader ⬇️

But, that does not mean you are alone in your leadership.

The Universe or Source is supporting you. You cannot see the Universe but you can feel it. It's always there to support and guide you.

Being supported by Source is feeling trusting, comfortable, independent, and confident in yourself as a leader 🙏, deep within.

When you feel that, it's an indicator that you're supported and loved unconditionally by the Universe. When you feel that, it's an indicator that you are meant to be doing this, you are meant to be leading, you are exactly where you should be, heading in the direction you are meant to go.

When you open up to trusting Source to guide you, you are also opening up to trusting yourself.

The best leaders are those who are living in daily Joy. They love what they DO, and they love who they BE in all that they DO.

The people you lead will know when you've put a mask on trying to be the leader that society has dictated 🤡

When we are pushing, trying, and feeling forced to DO what society expects and tells us we should do and how to lead, we're out of alignment with our Truth and it doesn't work. You can only inspire from a place of alignment with yourself and the Universe.

Being your True self is the only way to truly BE FREE and Enjoy life to the fullest 😍

Lots happening with global warning, fires, impeachment trial, in my personal family at home and work. If I focused on all that feels wrong, it is easy to get discouraged, sad, mad, etc. It's a time of HUGE contrast and that contrast helps remind us that every coin has two sides, every stick has two ends and every topic also has two sides. We can look at the side of what's not working, what we don't want and feel like crap. Take it from me, I spent the majority of my life on that side. Or, we can take what's not working and what we don't want and use that to gain clarity of what we do want and focus on that in a powerful way. Something to look forward to, something to feel good about. Our mind more naturally focuses on the negative, so it's up to us to DECIDE to focus more on the positive and train our brain to choose our focus and emotions. Even though it not the natural way of BEING, it's possible and we can have it. Who's with me here? A little more fun? A lot more JOY?

It's my specialty. LOL. Words of WISDOM - It's NEVER too late to make NEW friends. Sometimes we may be bouncing out of the energetic vibration of others and UP into our TRUTH. The conversation may or may not be heard if we choose to express it verbally. We're going to have people come and go from our lives. Each person is a gem and brings a gift for the time they are with us whether it be a moment or a lifetime. They help us gain clarity about what we don't want and do want in our lives. Stay true to you and LISTEN to your inner being. It's your truth that SHINES bright!!!

Love your energy, mission, pacing, passion and clarity. THANK YOU for your contribution. I love the wheel example. I'm definitely gathering momentum, but would love more information about your visionary business school. I'm probably now most wanting to have more fun in the enjoying the journey while stabilizing the income piece. Today is Sunday, June 2nd, 2019, a day that has never been and will never be again. I love to feel the presence of each exact moment. Right now a series of events is happening with the wind, the stars, a bird flying overhead and a wave crashing against the shore with a million other things happening in this same very second in an exact experience that will never, ever, never be repeated. Each moment is new and will never repeat itself. How are you new in this moment?
