Stella and Will, busy owners of a thriving eco-friendly furniture business, were struggling with the demands of family life. With two kids—one transgender and one who was acting out—parenting was overwhelming. Stella, who often felt frustrated by the demands at home, wanted more space to focus on her ambitious career and her mother’s care needs. Will, a fun-loving dad, was exhausted from handling the brunt of the parenting load, especially with his parents overseas and somewhat estranged.

I stepped in to map out their priorities and identify which issues needed immediate attention.
