I’m excited to share that my parenting coaching practice, Brock Hudson Coaching, is now open and welcoming new clients.
Parenting is a journey filled with both joys and challenges.
Are you struggling with behavioral concerns? Is your child gifted or neurodivergent? Are you navigating a big transition? Whether you want to strengthen your connection with your child, handle difficult moments with more ease, or discover new ways to support your family, I’m here to help.
With over 20 years of experience supporting families, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and attachment-based approach to my coaching practice. Using the CALM Technique from Connected Parenting™ and other practices grounded in attachment theory, my work focuses on co-regulation and applying insights from neuropsychobiology to deepen the caregiver–child relationship, creating stronger relationships which lead to a more peaceful atmosphere within your family.
What I Offer
One-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your family’s unique needs
Weekly online parenting groups centered on Connected Parenting and the CALM Technique

What to Expect from Coaching
Personalized Coaching: Each session is designed to meet your family’s specific dynamics and challenges, ensuring that strategies are practical and actionable.
Navigating Behaviors: We’ll explore ways to approach challenging behaviors with calm and clarity, fostering an environment of understanding, respect, and growth.
Strengthening Bonds: My goal is to help you build stronger, more connected relationships with your child, improving communication, empathy, and trust.
Expert Support: With a focus on neurodivergence and giftedness, I offer strategies that honor your child’s unique needs and abilities, supporting their growth in the most effective way.
What is the CALM Technique?
More than just active listening, the CALM Technique stimulates the brain’s reward receptors, bypassing the language center, and engaging directly with the part of the brain that moderates behavior.
Connect emotionally
Affect matching (mirroring your child’s emotional tone)
Listen deeply to what your child is truly communicating
Mirror back the emotion to show genuine understanding
The CALM Technique was developed by Jennifer Kolari of Connected Parenting™
If you feel ready to take the next step in your parenting journey, I would be honored to support you. Learn more and book a session here!
