We’d like to thank our amazing clients for an incredible start to our consulting practice. But Ashley will be transitioning back into a full time role with Blue Water.

We are excited to wrap up our current projects and continue to support our Non-profit friends for the time being. Thank you for an incredible journey and discovery. We’ve built some incredible partnerships so if you need support we are happy to provide an introduction.

Today, we are proud to celebrate International Women's Day here at Coastal HR Solutions by shining a well-deserved spotlight on women- owned businesses.

Did you know that women-owned businesses continue to fuel the economy and now represent 42% of all businesses in Maryland – nearly 13 million – employing 9.4 million workers and generating revenue of $1.9 trillion?

And that Maryland has the highest rate per capita of women-business ownership in the United States? There are 276,630 number of women-owned businesses, which is 52% of all businesses in Maryland.

We are proud to be a part of this community, and to celebrate International Women's Day today.
