✨ Re-Introducing Myself + A Quick Update! ✨
Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve posted here consistently, so I wanted to pop in with a quick re-introduction and a few updates about how you can connect with me and what I’ve been up to lately.
I’m Michaela Potter, a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Iridologist, and the founder of MP Holistic Wellness. I specialize in women’s hormone health, cycles, and fertility — helping women rebalance their hormones naturally, boost energy, support digestion, and get to the root of issues like PMS and irregular periods
I also work with men for certain services, including iridology, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), and hormone testing. These tools offer powerful insight into overall health, mineral balance, stress, and metabolism.

That’s because most of my educational content — tips, hormone talk, and real-life behind-the-scenes — has moved over to Instagram and TikTok! Those platforms allow me to share more lifestyle-based content, personal reflections, and everyday hormone support in a more engaging way. *Both these platforms are solely focused on women's hormones, cycles, and fertility.
