ALL Monday routes have been optimized and re-routed for efficiency.

Beginning Monday 04.27.2026 – the time your driver arrives will likely differ from the previous schedule.

To avoid any disruptions or missed service,
Please have your trash out no later than 5 am on Mondays or out the night before.

⛈️ ANNOUNCEMENT ⛈️

Under normal circumstances, we recommend that customers place their trash out for pick up the night before their service day.

Due to the increased threat of high winds overnight - we HIGHLY recommend that Monday customers do not place their trash out tonight, if at all possible. Please wait to place the trash out on Monday morning before 5 am.

This will help prevent cans blowing into the roadway, blowing away, and potentially causing a road or safety hazard.

Thank you so much for your consideration.

Stay safe!

INCLEMENT WEATHER - ROUTE UPDATE

Thank you again for your support and understanding during this very difficult two weeks.

As of today, Thursday 02.05.2026:

ALL Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday routes have been serviced, and we are actively running Thursday routes.

If your address was not serviced, it is due to one of the following reasons:

▪️The road conditions were still too hazardous for our trucks to attempt to collect trash.

▪️Limbs and/or other low hanging debris prevented access for our trucks.

▪️The driveway conditions were too hazardous.
If you have service at the house and your driveway is too icy, the trash needs to be at the road on your normal service day to be picked up.

🔹️Please note: Our company no longer offers service at the house as an option, due to increased risk and liabilities.
Any customers with this service have been grandfathered in prior to 2021. We are 🚫NOT🚫 accepting any new accounts with this service and cannot change curbside to this service.🔹️

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We are looking forward to the improved weather next week!

Service Update:
02.04.2026

We are currently still running slightly behind.

Our drivers have been working diligently to get the routes caught up and have made a lot of progress today.

As of today, there are still parts of Tuesday that we could not service due to the road conditions. Most of these are in the Cross Plains area. Below are pictures of these roads today.

We have serviced the majority of Wednesday today, as scheduled, and will still be running until about 4 pm to try to get to the rest.

We will begin with any remaining Wednesday on Thursday.

We appreciate the patience and understanding we have received.

We especially appreciate the kindness, compassion, and concern for our driver's safety!

❄️ Inclement Weather Update ❄️
02.03.2026

We'd like to express our appreciation to our customers who have been supportive and understanding. We have been doing the best to our ability to keep our customers informed.

We'd also like to clarify that NO routes were ran last week.
We will resume pick up on the normal day this week, as ALL customers were not picked up.

Monday Routes - We began Monday routes yesterday around 130 pm and picked up until about 4 pm.
🔹️We did NOT complete all of Monday routes yesterday, as we expected to be the case!🔹️

Tuesday - We initially planned to begin Tuesday with the remaining Monday routes however - attached below are images from this morning of some Monday routes.
🔹️ We are currently running Tuesday routes to allow for road conditions to improve. We will resume Monday routes this afternoon. 🔹️

Please place your trash at the road by 5 am on your normal service day and leave it at the road until we are able to get there.

We will post updates, if necessary.

Have a great day!

❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER - ROUTE UPDATE ❄️

If weather and road conditions permit, we will resume routes this week.

As of Saturday, 01.30.2026, the main roads were mostly clear. Many of the side roads and back roads were still icy and covered in spots. Many still contain limbs and trees in the roadway. Below are images from Saturday of some of our Monday and Tuesday routes and where our trucks are located.

🔹️ Monday – our plan, at this time, is to check road conditions Monday morning and hopefully begin routes Monday afternoon.
Monday routes will not be at the regular service time.
It is unlikely that we will be able to get to all of Monday routes on Monday.
If we are unable to operate at all on Monday, Monday routes will begin on Tuesday.

🔹️ Tuesday – Tuesday routes will depend on how Monday goes. We will likely start with the remaining Monday routes and then move to Tuesday routes.

🔹️ Wednesday – Friday – As the week progresses, we should be able to catch up. We will begin each day with any remaining routes from the previous day until we are back on the regular schedule.

▪️▪️Important information ▪️▪️

● Please have your trash at the road by 5 am on your NORMAL service day, so that it is ready when we are able to get there.

● Two weeks’ worth of trash will be collected.

● Please place all trash where it is easily accessible.

● You may use an additional cart, if you have one, or simply place the extra bags by your cart.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Email updates have also been sent.

We hope everyone is warm and safe!

INCLEMENT WEATHER - ROUTE UPDATE

Due to the hazardous road conditions, we will NOT be operating on Wednesday January 28th.

🔴 At this time, we will not be picking up any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday routes this week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will resume next week. Two weeks’ worth of trash will be collected. Please place all trash at the road for the normal pickup next week.

We will continue to evaluate the road conditions daily throughout this week and make decisions on operations for Thursday and Friday routes.

❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
While we have received many messages of understanding regarding the delay, we have also received many complaints.

🔹️ We would like to address some of those complaints and FAQ:

My road is clear. Why haven’t you picked up? – While main roads are clear, the majority of our routes are on side roads and back roads. Our routes are a mixture of both, all day. Not only would it cause a lot of confusion to only service main roads, but we would also have to travel through side roads to get there.

I was able to drive to work just fine. – Cars and trucks are much safer to drive on icy roads. Trash trucks are heavy and increase in weight as more trash is collected. They cannot stop on a dime, like other vehicles.

Why can’t you just give me a day that you will be picking me up? – Unfortunately, inclement weather situations are unpredictable. We wish we could confidently say we can resume pick up on a certain day, but we must evaluate daily.

🔹️Other notes:

Currently, we have two drivers who are still without electricity.

We do not have electricity at the location we park our trucks.

Our drivers live in different areas in Sumner County. They must be able to safely drive to work to be able to run their route.

We wish it was sunny and 75.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Email updates will also be sent. If you do not see an email, please double check your spam folder. If you do not have an email on file, please add it online or contact us to add it to your account.

❄️ Due to the inclement weather forecast for this weekend, please review this reminder of our inclement weather policies.

▪️Inclement Weather Policy:

We will make all reasonable efforts to maintain the normal schedule during inclement weather.

The safety of our drivers and others on the roadways is our top priority.

If the road conditions are hazardous, trash collection will be delayed – pick up may not occur at the normal time or scheduled day. Evening and/or weekend pick up may be necessary.

▪️In The Event of a Delay:

Please place your trash out on your normal service date and leave your trash out so we may collect it as soon as possible.

If service is postponed until the next scheduled pickup day, TWICE the amount of trash WILL be collected.

While some of our service areas may have no hazardous conditions, please consider that our drivers must still get to work safely and then be able to drive to their route safely.

▪️For Updates:

🔴Updates will be emailed to routes affected by delays. 🔴
