Munchie Fest™ Brings Food, Music and Culture to San Diego’s Veterans Day Weekend
Free General Admission with Non-Perishable Food Donation Benefiting Feeding San Diego; Veterans Admitted Free
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: SAN DIEGO, Calif. — November 9, 2025 — Munchie Fest™ journeys to San Diego on Veterans Day weekend with a high-energy Food festival and cultural experience at Wicked West (1735 National Ave.) from 3:00 PM–10:00 PM. The event features live performances by Hawk Rising, Taise Itzel, JAEMUS, and more, plus premium VIP areas including the Sideline Lounge adjacent to the main stage and LED screen for the game-day action.
Amid a government shutdown, Munchie Fest™ is rallying community support around Feeding San Diego: fans receive free General Admission by bringing non-perishable food items at entry. In honor of the holiday, U.S. Veterans are admitted free.
“Munchie Fest™ is proof that even when the system pauses, the people don’t,” said Eric “Hawk Rising” King, founder of Munchie Fest™. “We’re uniting culture, music, food, and football to feed the spirit—and with the food drive, to help feed our neighbors.”
