Batting 500 today. 2 clients both with printer problems. Got one working, but the other one just didn't want to "talk"...

Batting 500 today. 2 clients both with printer problems. Got one working, but the other one just didn't want to "talk" to the computer at all. Its hard to troubleshoot those kind of problems remotely. Client is going to try to get a different USB cable to see if that works. Hopefully that cures the problem 🤞

This is a great replacement for Microsoft Windows. It works great even on older hardware. If you have a PC that Microsoft is deeming too old to continue to support, you should consider giving Linux Mint a shot. I'd recommend a new SSD drive which you can find on Amazon for $25. SSD drives are a lot faster than traditional hard drives, so your computer will feel like a brand new machine (with minimal investment ;) )! If you want to access old files from your original Windows hard drive, order an external USB hard drive enclosure, as well.

Linux Mint is an elegant, easy to use, up to date and comfortable desktop operating system.
