This past week, we completed the final phase of this project for a new restaurant that will soon be opening its doors in Billerica.

Following the installation of a new 1,500-gallon grease trap during Phase 1, our company returned to complete the full site restoration. We also renovated the rear parking lot to maximize parking capacity and improve overall traffic flow.

We're proud to have been part of bringing this project to the finish line and wish the new restaurant great success as they prepare to open!

Our crew recently completed a challenging grease trap and invert installation for a new restaurant in Billerica. From unexpected conflicts in the site layout to adjustments that had to be made in the field, this project required constant communication and problem-solving to keep everything on track.

A big thank you to the team at W. McNeice Site Services for working alongside us and helping us overcome all the challenges and deliver a successful installation.

The retaining wall restoration is up next, and once that's complete, this restaurant will be ready to welcome its first customers.

Another addition dug in Billerica. Following numerous challenges and multiple meetings with engineers and architects, we were able to get this one ready for forms!

Project Completion – Natick, MA

This week, our team successfully completed an addition project in Natick. This job had it's challenges from start to finish.

After determining that the existing foundation was unsuitable for pinning, the structure was lifted to allow for the demolition of the existing walls and excavation for new footings and frost walls. Once the new foundation was poured, the structure was safely lowered onto the new walls, allowing our crew to backfill and complete the foundation infill.
