Check out this incredible home near Billings hospital corridor. Basement is currently used as a furnished mid-term rental for hospital workers, and the upstairs could potentially by made into an efficiency apartment. The location and character of this home are unbeatable!!

Home for sale at 101 Avenue C Billings, MT 59101, with MLS 361446.

Bidding is live for the school in Laurel. It should be fun to watch the next few days. Current bid is just over $75,000 still!
