✔️ A short, concise, and CONSISTENT confirmation system that easily allows candidates to lock in their interview time
✔️ Messages that sound like a real person and not a robot or AI, candidates are likelier to show when they know REAL people are expecting them
✔️ Changing method of confirmation: instead of a text then we'll try calling, OR instead of touching base the night before, we'll try morning of
