So much of leadership burnout comes from trying to lead out of our own strength. Strategy, growth, influence... that's not where your identity lives. It is simply what flows out once the foundation is right.

It's tempting to measure a business by revenue or growth, but real impact starts somewhere quieter: in the decision to serve people well.

The gap you feel between who you are and what you're called to do isn't a sign that you're unqualified. It's what keeps you tethered to grace instead of self reliance.

If you could do it all in your own strength, you wouldn't need Him for it. But you do, and that's the point.

Leader, if you keep waiting to feel "ready," you will never be ready! God placed a calling on your life, not for it to be executed perfectly, but for you to rely on Him to walk it out.

While you're waiting to steward your gifts well, you're not stewarding them at all.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us, we will reap if we do not lose heart. But reaping isn’t instant, it’s a process.

Hey Leader, and happy Friday Fellowship!

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, ”If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.“

When I was reminded of this verse a few weeks ago, I heard the Lord say something that stopped me in my tracks. He said, “don’t ask me for anything standing up.” Not just physically, but the posture of your heart.

Humility before Him isn’t about earning an answer, He hears and will answer regardless. But there’s a power in the posture. On your knees, in submission, honoring Him first, is where things shift.

I challenge you, posture yourself appropriately before God this weekend. Humble themselves heart. Watch what He does.
