We are searching for an EXPERIENCED HOME CARE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who is ready to bring energy, leadership, fresh ideas, and a take-charge attitude to our team!
This is NOT just another office job.
We are looking for somebody who understands the day-to-day operations of an in-home care agency and is ready to help lead, organize, problem-solve, communicate, and GROW with us.

PREVIOUS HOME CARE OFFICE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WILL BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST DECIDING FACTORS IN WHO WE HIRE.
If you have never worked in an administrative, management, supervisory, or leadership position inside an in-home care agency, please keep that in mind before applying.
We are specifically looking for someone who can walk through the door with an understanding of how home care operates and is ready to make an IMPACT!

Full of ideas — not afraid to bring solutions to the table Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving healthcare environment
Someone who sees what needs to be done and DOES IT!
PREFERRED SOFTWARE & SYSTEM EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Medicaid Portal
Phoenix
Availability Portal
Experience with Medicaid, caregiver scheduling, client communication, employee files, authorizations, compliance, billing support, recruiting, and general home care office operations is a HUGE PLUS!
