Birds nesting in this clients bathroom fans exhaust. Magnetic chew proof vent would not be able to close properly if just attached flat to soffit. Fabricated coilstock box housing for the vent to still allow proper ventilation while keeping those birds out!

Racoon closed set trapping done in conjunction with exclusion for quick streamlined results. Caught problem raccoon with 24 hours of traps being set. Didn't film his buddy that got caught in the open set on the roof behind me.

We rarely get to see live pocket gophers above ground. This one was trapped in a clients egress windows well and couldn't dig back out. They're mean little buggers and do not appreciate being above ground 🤣

This was a squirrel job I did a few years back, other companies the client had out didnt have the safety equipment or were too scared to get up on this client's roof to finally solve the issue of squirrels getting in here.

Flying squirrels chewed out this clients plastic ridge vent and I installed ridge guard and a repeater trap at one end to funnel the squirrels out into the trap.

This client had a giant colony of bats in their attic up in Mora area. They had admitted they had knowingly had a problem for 40+ years 😱 and it was finally time to get the big guns out there to kick em out! You can hear at least 25-50 bats scurrying through just this section of soffit alone at the time of our exclusion services.

Exposed chimney flues are one of the most common ways that wildlife makes its way into the LIVING SPACE! If you get a squirrel running through the living room, this is probably why. 😂 Take a look up at your chimney flue and if you dont see a cap on it, time to make it happen!

This client had 2 other companies out before I finally figured out how bats and mice were still getting into his house becuase I actually take the time to look for the little stuff like this (PSA I know its not a rain valley its a vinyl siding corner I goofed up my words)

Here's a close up of some bird mites that personally give me the heebie jeebies 🤢😂 this is what happens when you dont have your dryer/bathroom exhaust protected with bird baskets or magnetic vent covers for dryer vents.
